AI Scan is a mobile application that uses advanced artificial intelligence to scan and analyze product ingredients. The App employs image recognition and AI technology to identify ingredients and provide detailed information about their potential effects.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Services

AI Scan offers various subscription plans with different features and scan limits:

• Free Plan: Limited to 2 scans per day
• 24-Hour Pass: Up to 100 scans in 24 hours
• Monthly Pro: Up to 500 scans per month
• Annual Premium: Up to 5000 scans per year
• Lifetime Ultimate: Unlimited scans

5. Payment Terms

For paid subscriptions:

• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment providers
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

6. User Content and Data

When using AI Scan:

• You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App
• You grant us a license to use submitted content for service improvement
• We may anonymize and aggregate data for analysis and improvement
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is our priority. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

8. AI Technology and Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy:

• Our AI scanning technology is provided "as is"
• Results should be verified against product labels
• The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice
• We continuously improve our AI models but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Scan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of AI Scan after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
